The Best




Клас (Klas, Class) were a famous new wave band from Sofia, Bulgaria in 1986. Klas were very much influenced by the English new wave scene. The band released several albums: Госпожа Емилия (Mrs Emiliya) in 1992, Слушай силно (Listen Loud) the following year and Кино (Cinema) in 1994 . The Best of Klas from 2001 is the only compilation album of the band and it's the final cut - Klas split up in the mid-90's and reunioned in 2006 for new recordings, but there is no information about an upcoming album yet. The original line up consisted of: Boiko Petkov (vocals) Momchil Kolev (backing vocals; keyboards) [left in 1993], later to become part of the famous duo Дони и Момчил Angel Penchev (keyboards) [left in 1989] Ivan Gradinarov (guitar) Veselin Vasilev (percussions) Read more on Last.fm.
