Formed in the end of 90s in small town -Istra -near Moscow , band Smeh (Смех) plays fast & awesome californian punk (like NoFX style).They already heave 2 albums -Jivyak (Живяк) ; Ne Ssat'!(Не ссать!) and split Punk Brotherhood?(Панк Братсво?) with 2 russian punk bands-Vse Stvoly(Все стволы) and F.P.G.
