Sumioka Rina was born on February 15, 1990 Sapporo, Hokkaido. She began to make songs with an acoustic guitar given by her father when she was a high school student. From 2010, she lived in Hikigatari, Sapporo and started working. In 2011, she held a tour in six locations in Hokkaido for the first time.
