Daisuke Ono (小野 大輔, Ono Daisuke ), born May 4, 1978 in Kochi, Japan, is a voice actor who works for Mausu Promotion. Is part of the two piece group D.A.T with fellow seiyuu 近藤孝行 (Takayuki Kondo) with whom he hosts on Nippon Cultural Broadcasting radio A&G+ Dragon & Tiger. Has also a radio show with fellow seiyuu 神谷浩史 (Kamiya Hiroshi) called Dear Girl Stories. From the same radio show they have released two different manga and several mini-albums plus a full length album as 神谷浩史 + 小野大輔. During his attendance at Nihon University's College of Art, Daisuke pursued a career in television broadcasting. However, his work was heavily criticized by his professor, and he soon took an interest in performing instead. He then pursued a career as a voice actor, and began by taking minor roles as characters on the Television Kanagawa station. He won the 4th Seiyuu Awards in 2010 for best voice actor for his role as Sebastian Michaelis in Kuroshitsuji. He is typically typecast as one who holds himself in high regard either as a hero, an intellectual, or a cool-spirited youth. He used to be affiliated with Aoni Production.
