源屋 AKA Minamotoya (Kazuma Teramoto) is a Japanese UK hardcore and happy hardcore producer. He also specializes in trance, often influencing freeform works. A quite productive producer, he has had tracks released on several notable J-Core labels, especially HARDCORE TANO*C, which he has been a member of since 2005. His solo work is released on his own label Minamotrance, which aside from two EP releases in 2016 and 2017, has been inactive since 2015. From 2007 to 2010, he released VOCALOID music as KazuP, but this alias' Twitter account has been inactive since 2013. Since then, 源屋 has merged his two aliases into one Twitter account, retaining the KazuP profile picture. His VOCALOID tracks are still known, being released on old Project DIVA games as well on DLC for SEGA's Project DIVA MEGA 39s in 2022. He has often collaborated with vocalist Kuroa* under both his KazuP and 源屋 aliases. He had perfect attendance for TANO*C's first ten HARDCORE SYNDROME albums, but like fellow TANO*C Crew members Noizenecio and kenta-v.ez., his activity has been much lower since 2016, with it mostly ceasing by 2017-2018. Despite his hiatus from music production, 源屋 participated in the promotion of TANO*C's rhythm game WACCA, with some of his old SYNDROME releases edited for the game. While his live DJ events have likewise been sparse, he has still attended TANO*C live events and other DJ events, often as a member of the audience. He also made a rare appearance as a participating DJ in the EUPHORIA trance event in late 2023. To celebrate TANO*C's 20th anniversary and promote TANO*C W II, he made an appearance in a TANO*C Vlog in 2023, showing his prowess in Street Fighter against DJ Genki and P*Light.
