Takizawa Tomoe is a Japanese musician who was born in Sapporo, Hokkaido. In addition to her solo work released under her own name, she was also the vocalist of the noise band HALBACH and is one half of the duo Florida (the other being her long-time friend Tentenko), as well as performing as a support musician in various other projects. Her first studio album Watashi, Kona ni Natte was released in 2014, and it features a sound centered around her classical guitar and accordion.
