Wang Yiling (王忆灵) is a songwriter, singer, and guitarist from Anxiang County, Hunan Province. Her creative aesthetics are influenced by classic works from the 1960s and 1970s, combined with modern songwriting aesthetics. Wang Yiling’s live performances are diverse, from the streets to live houses, based on traditional lyrics and music. Sometimes she is alone with her guitar, and sometimes she joins different types of musicians from all over the world. She released her first album “Ode to Withering” in autumn 2024.
