等一下就回家 (pinyin: Děng Yīxià Jiù Huí Jiā) is a Chinese rapper. His musical style has received critical acclaim for combining traditional Chinese components with new generation rap. Born in 2001 in Chengdu, Sichuan, he rose to fame after being runner-up in the popular rap competition New Generation Hip-Hop Project (少年說唱企劃), and for his subsequent appearance in its parent show Rap of China (中國說唱巔峰對決), where he lost against fellow rapper KEY.L劉聰. He has since released several popular rap singles, including the viral 我们打着光脚在风车下跑,手上的狗尾巴草摇啊摇 and 春日之花. In the 2021 QQ Music Hip-Hop Awards, 等一下就回家 won the Best Music Lyric Award for his penmanship on the song 山岚 in collaboration with the 2017 Rap of China winner GAI周延. Following his popularity on New Generation Hip-Hop Project, 等一下就回家 was signed to iQiyi's BKStore label, but he ended his contract with them on July 22, 2022 amidst his appearance on Rap of China. After a period of releasing songs independently on NetEase, 等一下就回家 partnered with the culture and talent agency 成都飞常动听文化传播有限公司 (Chengdu Feichang Dongting Culture Communication Co., Ltd.) in July 2024 and has been releasing and promoting his music through them since then.
