C4 is a Japanese rock band founded in July 2007, originally by TOKI (Vocal, ex-Kill=slayd), SHUNSUKE (Guitar, ex-Vasalla, JILS), REN (Bass, ex-Da'vidノ使徒:aL, JILS, Heaven's), and Tomoi (Drums, ex-Laputa). They released a full album, [-Cyclotron4-], and a mini-album/live DVD [-Pylebanker-] under this line-up, but unfortunately bassist REN had to leave the band in 2009 due to health issues. Shortly after that Junji (ex-Laputa) joined as the new bassist, and the band released a single and another full-length album, [-Crusade4-]. In May 2010 guitarist Shunsuke left the band to pursue his solo career (THE FUZZ), and C4 went on a temporary hiatus. As of December 2011, the band has gained a new guitarist as neo-classical virtuoso Takayoshi Ohmura (大村孝佳) joined their line-up.
