30,000 Leagues Under the Scene
30,000 Bastards (30KB) formed in 2006 when hip-hop fans and friends diss1 (aka Tom Dissonance) and Agonist (aka AcheZen Pains) returned home after living at opposite ends of the UK and started messing about with their own beats and rhymes in the latter's attic. After a while they decided to form a proper group, play a handful of local shows and work on music that would eventually appear on their first album, 30,000 Leagues Under the Scene, with beats by producer friends Article 10, Crewdson and Test Subjectz as well as a handful by diss1. Shortly after the release of the first album in 2009, the group became a four-piece, with Article 10 and rapper/producer Dan Dastardly aka Omnific joining as full members. They are currently working on their second album, provisionally titled In Spurios crēdimus (In Bastards We Trust), with guest appearances from Ben Black of Delusionists, Oshea, Ro Jista, Innuendo and Nicky Talent, and beats by all three of the group's producers plus heavy hitters from Crewdson and Xrin Arms. https://root.theworkpc.com/music/preview?img=http://30kb.bandcamp.com/ https://root.theworkpc.com/music/preview?img=http://www.facebook.com/30kb https://root.theworkpc.com/music/preview?img=http://www.twitter.com/30kb https://root.theworkpc.com/music/preview?img=http://www.twitter.com/diss1 https://root.theworkpc.com/music/preview?img=http://www.myspace.com/30kb Read more on Last.fm.
