Hailing from Orange County, California, Filipino-American artist, 8rae, weaves elements of hip-hop, R&B and alt-pop to create a distinct sound with unique authenticity. In October 2022, 8rae featured on 88Rising imprint PARADISE RISING’s compilation album, semilucent 3, spotlighting emerging Filipino talent, and celebrating Filipino American History Month.
