The song SexOnTheBeat was released by ADÉLA on August 22, 2025. In a statement made to VOGUE, ADÉLA discussed the meaning behind the track, noting that it addresses the perceived manipulation of female sexuality in popular culture. The artist explained that the use of sexuality as a marketing tool was a primary focus of the song. While acknowledging her personal perspective as a "sexual and liberal person" who is not bothered by this theme, ADÉLA also recognized that the topic "can be problematic for some." Adéla Jergová (born November 27, 2003) is a Slovak singer, songwriter and dancer. Adéla began her journey in 2021 when HYBE (하이브) and Geffen Records launched a global search for a girl group. The project was looking for talent that would transcend the boundaries of nationality, culture, and artistry while using methods inspired by the Korean idol trainee system. Among over 120,000 applicants, Adéla was selected to be one of the 20 contestants in a survival show entitled The Debut: Dream Academy. Adéla was eliminated in 20th place as result of fan voting. The executives ultimately justified their decision by saying that they see Adéla becoming more successful as a solo artist.
