AgonyOST is an electronic music producer that primarily creates music that is self-described on their Instagram and Bandcamp as UK Garage, ambient and Lo-Fi. AgonyOST has made little information about themselves available. Their country-of-origin isn't exactly clear, as their Bandcamp and YouTube both have the location set to the United States, but their Instagram has the location set to Australia. On June 6th, 2023, their work was unexpectedly promoted by the long inactive Sewerslvt on their Instagram, Patreon, Spotify and YouTube. On December 25th, 2023, Sewerslvt remixed one of their tracks. AgonyOST has collaborated with Cynthoni (Sewerslvt's new alias) multiple times. Once on AgonyOST's Destroy, Resurrect, and once on Cynthoni's Quitting is Hard, Not Quitting is Harder. On December 25th, 2024, Cynthoni released the single Cynthoni Of Flames, which included a remix by AgonyOST. Due to their frequent collaborations/remixes, alongside their similar musical stylings & visual aesthetics, many have rumoured AgonyOST to be a side project of Cynthoni.
