Anduin is the solo project of visual artist Jonathan Lee based in Richmond, Virginia. Lee also manages an instrumental band called Souvenir's Young America. His outing as a solo artist in 2008 has proven fruitful for his installations and collaborations with other ambient musicians. Lee's tightly structured approach to composition and arrangement creates gripping escapism that generates a nocturnal, threat-tinged atmosphere suggesting an inexorably swelling of panic and excitement.
