Artemas Diamandis, known mononymously as Artemas, is an English-Cypriot singer, songwriter, and record producer. He gained prominence with his singles “If U Think I’m Pretty” and “I Like the Way You Kiss Me”. Born on September 23, 1999, in Oxfordshire, England, Artemas grew up in a village where he nurtured his passion for music from a young age. Inspired by the documentary “Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck,” he began writing songs at the age of 16. Artemas’s journey in music began with a “very bad rock song” at 17, which received local radio play. His first official release was the single “High 4 U” in November 2020. His style, often compared to Rex Orange County with a hint of R&B, evolved over the years. On October 24, 2023, Artemas released “If U Think I’m Pretty,” which quickly went viral. By February 2024, the song had reached the UK Singles Chart.
