Mateusz Spacecat Augustyn (born 6 January 1994 in Kraków) - Warsaw-based polish rapper, producer, multi-instrumentalist and sound engineer; a core Bypass collective figure, and the main singer and lyricist of the Kraków-based nu-metal band Wirefall (2022-2025). During his career spanning over a dozen years he had independently released at least 16 full albums and 8 EPs and mixtapes under various pseudonyms, including the punk project Vileda. A long time collaborator of Kamil Koza Białaszek - his work can be heard as not only the featuring artist, but also the main sound engineer on Patologya and KUSZ, and as one of the main authors of the soundtracks to Białaszek's notorious theater plays Nowy Pan Tadeusz, tylko że rapowy (along with Maksymilian saburrakap Śliwiński and Agata AZ-YL Zygmańska from the NATURA2000 rap collective) and Niewyczerpany żart (with Bartłomiej Barto Katt Gargula). Although known mainly as a rapper, his largely self-produced discography aside from newschool trap (Space Cat, Health Gang Christmas mixtapes) and classic boombap (Kolejna Nudna Płyta Hiphopowa, How Can I Chleb You) is abundant in genres rarely heard in polish hip-hop, from the likes of jazz fusion (Flowstrukcjonizm), synth pop (Buddha Boi, Space Cat 2) or guitar experiments spanning from rock (Fun Times & Disobedience) to funk (Space Bum: The Magic Tape, Muzyka Dla Słońca), and as a vocal performer he isn't afraid to stray from rapping, frequently incorporating techniques spanning from sung choruses to elements of screamo. His lyrics often touch the themes of healthy lifestyle and living in sobriety, modern-day music industry critique and far-east philosophy. He has worked with numerous artists over the years, to name a few Kuki, Miły ATZ, Mada and Rockie Fresh have all featured on his full-length albums, not to mention his largely overlooked mix/master engineering catalog (most notably: the UNDADASEA's DA GROOVEMENT vinyl press).
