x ANA x is the opener for Badflower's debut album OK, I'M SICK with the album's title derived from the track. It's a satirical and dramatized version of lead singer and songwriter Josh Katz's issues with anxiety and dealing with that as a performer. 'Ana' is clearly Xanax, an anti-anxiety medication. The accompanying music video is a stage play about Josh, dressed as a monkey, dancing around with different manifestations of anxiety. x ANA x is the representation of anxiety packed into a song.
