There are several bands with this name. Burning (Spanish band) Their bravado, swagger and authenticity are trademarks in ther long career. In their begginings their music and style was influenced by Lou Reed, the New york Dolls and the Rolling Stones. They play a brand of energetic rock and ballads which generally talk about rock'n'roll topics (girls, partying, booze) plus some themes that were new to rock sung in Spanish, such as delinquency, drugs and prostitution. Burning (Finnish band) Helsinki, Finland (2007 - present) Burning is a quartet that mixes 60-70s style rock and today's sound. The band was founded in January 2007 and they released their self-titled debut album in August 2008. Second album The Wind Is Out Of Tune came out in October 2009. Burning (American band) Burning is a Minneapolis industrial band formed in 2015 by Sadie Ryan and Oskar Brummel. The current line up is Sadie (vocals/ synth programming), joined by Mike Filkins (drums/ live noise) & Tanner Anderson of Obsequiae (bass/ electronics/ vocals +). After a hiatus around 2018-19 they returned with their first release in four years using more harsh-noise leaning hardware & no acoustic instruments.
