A Drillers Perspective
Lekan Akinsoji, also known as CB (Cracky Blackz), is a UK Drill artist from Forest Gate, E7. He rose to instant fame after releasing his debut solo track, ‘Take That Risk’. The song has been removed from YouTube numerous times due to it being seen as inciting violence. Following his debut release, he went on to release other hits such as ‘Talk On My Name’ and ‘Everyday’. While he also took part in a memorable ‘Mad About Bars’ freestyle. On July 27, 2018, CB and two other men were involved in a car chase and shootout with police where he waved a shotgun out of the car in their direction. On March 1, 2019, he was jailed for 23 years. Later that year on December 20, 2019, he released his debut project, ‘A Drillers Perspective’. On June 18th, 2020, CB would release an iconic ‘Plugged In Freestyle’ alongside Fumez The Engineer, it would quickly become one of CB’s biggest hits. On January 15th, 2021, CB would release, ‘No Lies (Freestyle)’. After over a year of nothing, CB would finally break his silence, when on April 8th, 2022, ‘Rap or Road’ was released, this would be CB’s lead single for the sequel to ‘A Drillers Perspective’ with ‘A Drillers Perspective 2’.
