“BA$$” is the eighteenth and final track off Che’s REST IN BASS. The track samples “Lemon Glow” by Beach House. Originally, Che first used the sample in a trailer for his upcoming album REST IN BASS. The trailer, alongside the audio became popular on TikTok, which led fans to believe that Che would be sampling it in a song, with fans even starteing to create their own iterations of a instrumental and trailer. Chase Shaun Mitchell, known professionally as Che (alternatively known as Cheromani or cheRomani+), rapidly gained attention with his unique blend of genres and sounds that include trap, Southern hip hop, and Chicago drill. Che could also refer to the short-lived desert rock band formed by Brant Bjork, Alfredo Hernández and Dave Dinsmore. Bjork and Hernandez both previously played drums in the genre-defining band Kyuss, and Hernandez has also played with Queens of the Stone Age. Dinsmore was recruited from stoner rock band Unida.
