Call to Mind

The intro starts off with the vocal sample "be true", static noise, bass hits and harmonized synthesizers. After the first drop the vocal sample loops in a vocal harmony. The drums consist of a typical DnB-beat whereas the use of hi-hats create the groove. The bass is a sampled bass, low passed and layered with sub-bass. The calming piano and the vocal sample "All I Ever" makes Be True one of the most well-known liquid drum and bass tunes. Be True is the most popular tune created by Commix. Read more on Last.fm.
