There are at least two artists with the name Concise. 1. German electronic / Ambient project (active from 1999 to present) 2. Russian alternative rock / indie band (active from 2009 to present) 1. The origin of the project concise lies in the experimental time of Christian Grass [high wycombe]. Since 1999 he tries with the influence of various artists to discover the new thrill of electronic music combined with elements of house, reggae and jazz. The basic idea is to create timeless kind of music. With the singer Katrin Segert alias YREA and her beautiful voice we started to work more professional as before. Katrin cooperated with the Austrian producer Helmuth Mayr and sang various advertising song/Jingles (e.g. for radio 1Live) as well as for the German Hip Hop Band Underdog Crew. Successful she participated at the talents' regatta of the radio station Ostseewelle. The guitars on this album were played by Lars Sembach with his Chapman-Stick (midi-combined). He is a member of the electro-jazz projects relaystation and looppool. 2. Concise are alternative rock / indie band from Moscow, Russia. The band was formed in 2009 by Elijah Ilchenko and Sergey Levitskiy. Current line-up also includes Alexander Emelianov. The band's first EP Wednesday is Indigo Blue was self-released in 2011.
