Diversant:13 was formed in 2007 in Minsk, Belarus by Diversant (voice, programming), also known as the mastermind behind such bands as Cold In May and Monoclast. The first EP “SoulReaper” (2008) caught immediate attention and support from many fans of EBM / industrial across the post soviet territory. The follow-up release “Burn The Witch Experience” (2009) strengthened the band's position in the scene and revealed them heading towards a guitar driven harsh electro direction. In 2009, Diversant:13 was named among the best newcomers by two big Russian dark scene-oriented communities – Gothic.Ru and Rivethead.Su. Actively engaged in the scene, Diversant:13 have played many gigs in Belarus, the Ukraine and Russia. They also did a support for such well-known bands as Nachtmahr and In Strict Confidence.
