Ogbogu Chidera Prosper, known professionally as Drimsbaby, is an English Musical Artist, rapper, singer, record producer, cinematographer and songwriter from Lagos, Nigeria. Born February 17th, 1998 in Festac Town, Lagos Nigeria. Into a Christian Family with three siblings, being the last and only Son. He started his musical career at a very young age, from performing in churches, then Carnivals, but took his Music Career professionally in the year 2013. Currently studying Mining Engineering, in process of attaining a bachelor's degree in Federal University of Akure, Ondo state. In 2013, Drimsbaby performed in Festac carnival alongside “Cabo snoop”, “Tuface” and other top Nigerian Artists. In 2016, performed alongside Grammy Nominated Artist “Burna boy”, Ycee, 9ice, “Tiwa Savage”, Olamide and other Africa’s Top Musical Artists in a concert “Star Trek” In 2017, Drimsbaby performed alongside Nigerian Afro Star “Davido” in his concert “SOS” in Ile-ife. Released a Debut album “Believe in Drims” on the December 30th, 2017 and got huge recognition for several hit songs like “Super Duper Star”, “Fake Friends”, “Trap Snake”, “Not an Intro”. Drimsbaby released his second album “Too Foreign“ on the 11th of November, 2019 which he mixed and mastered himself, played roles in the beat production and wrote and performed all songs in the album. Too Foreign Album got thousands of streams and had several “Hit-Songs” like “Don't Stress Me”, “Men Cry”, “Cause Fight”, “Strapped Up”, “High Flex”. “Strapped Up” was performed at “Future live in Lagos Concert”, at Eko Hotel, Lagos. In 2020, Drimsbaby released his Debut Ep “February’s Very Own” on the 17th of February, comprising of three tracks, ranging from “Hip-hop”, “Trap” and “Afro”. February’s Very Own Ep was mixed and mastered by Drimsbaby. Slowly but eventually Drimsbaby is becoming a powerful Music Sensation among youths and listeners, taking music worldwide.
