A few EQs exist out there... 1. Argentinian duo consisting of Estratosfera and Qiri. 2. EQ is Mark Yorath, Also tagged as E.Q. and is known for his release The Graphic EP on the formation label in the early 1990s in the UK. The genre most associated is the rave genre and breakbeat hardcore. 3. EQ is Nicholas Hunt, an underground rap artist from Reston, Virginia. He released his debut mix-tape, Define Dreamer on Datpiff in April 2011. His second mixtape is called Never There Yet, and was put out in August of the same year. 4. A Finnish jazz fusion band called EQ (active late 90's) is something hard to categorize. Something about jazz, afro, contemporary music, tango and ambient techno - a creation of Finnish composer and pianist Jukka Linkola. The EQ line-up consists of some heavy weight top pros of Finland: Antti Murto (keyboards, programming) Markku Kanerva (guitar) Pentti Lahti (saxes, flutes) Anssi Nykänen (drums) Mongo Aaltonen (percussion) EQ's debut (and only so far) CD 'Libau' was released Feb 1st 1997. 5. There is also a Japanese jazz quartet named EQ, short for The Earth Quartet, consisting of Osamu Koike (sax), Makoto Aoyagi (piano), Koichi Osamu (bass) and Masahiko Osaka (drums). 6.
