Eurovision Song Contest - Malmö 2013 (Bonus Version)



ESDM stands for El Sueño de Morfeo. Their musical style is pop-rock fused with Celtic, folk rock and indie pop elements. Members of the group are Raquel del Rosario (lead singer) David Feito Rodríguez (Acoustic guitar and backing vocals) and Juan Luis Suárez Garrido (Electric guitar). The Spanish band enjoys great success and recognition not only in Spain but throughout the South American continent. Raquel is also famous in Italy, where she has competed at the 2011 Sanremo Song Festival along with former Italian Eurovision representative Luca Barbarossa (Italy 1988) with the song Fino in fondo. El Sueño de Morfeo has a total of 4 albums in their repertoire, having released their first album in 2005. In december 2012 TVE has announced that El Sueño de Morfeo will represent Spain at the forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest as ESDM. The national Spanish broadcaster has opted to choose its representative internally. The Spanish entry was chosen via mixed deliberation (jury and public tele-voting) in a special show.
