There are at least three bands going by the name of Edelweiss 1) An Austrian dance act consisting of M. Gletschermayer, Maria Mathis, Martin Forster, Stefan Biedermann and Walter Werzowa. They recorded two albums: «A Sound - Attack Straight From The Alps» and «Wonderful World Of Edelweiss». Their hits are Raumschiff Edelweiss and Bring Me Edelweiss. The song Bring Me Edelweiss is probably most notable for being a hit manufactured according to a recipe laid out by the group KLF in their manual, How to Have a Number One the Easy Way. KLF member Bill Drummond reportedly claimed that Edelweiss themselves informed him that they had followed the formula. 2) A German Metal/RAC band 3) An Indie/Post-Punk band from Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania active from 2010 - present. Their debut EP, Pre-Columbians, was self-released on September, 2011. It consists of Niko Porlier, Donald Young, Thomas Vitale, Jacob Porlier, and Shane Cashman. Read more on Last.fm.
