There are at least 5 bands using the name Firestarter: 1) Pop Punk from Albany, NY featuring ex-members of Casting Call check out their Facebook for more information and songs 2) Straight edge youthcrew hardcore band from Los Angeles, US. 3) Japanese power pop / garage punk band consisting of former members of Teengenerate. Fink (guitar, vocals), Fifi (guitar, vocals), Sammy (bass) from Teengenerate and Jimbo (drums) 4) firestARTer aka Thomas Margolf, self proclaimed 'Oldschool-Audio-Nerd', makes music since many years from his bedroom, which is located in the old industrial city Wuppertal in Germany. In 1998 he got a good base for his style at micromusic. Gameboys, Commodores and toy-instruments, mixed with modern synth and beats comprise the characteristics of his tracks. 5) Oldschool emo band (now defunct) with disturbingly high pitched screams.
