There are at least ten artists under the name of Grimm: (1) Avant garde occult folkloremetal from The Netherlands. They released two full length albums: 'Dark medieval folklore', and Heksenkringen, (april 2007). Various members play in bands like Zwartketterij, Walpurgisnacht and Gauhaert. They released a demo in 1993 called 'Nordisk vinter'. (3) A rapper from Houston, TX. He is a part of the SPC (South Park Coalition) and was at one time signed to Dope House Records. (7) A Finnish black metal band from Kuusamo who released one demo Soulraper in 1998. (8) A Industrial Metal band from Hamburg, Germany. Grimm began in 2020 as the moniker and experimental pop project of Sam Herle (formerly of the band Elf Pity), and is now a five piece band including Naia Mann, Cody Schroeter, Chris Bede, and Len Plisic. The project intertwines fantastical genre-fiction inspired themes with everyday realism, and draws on an eclectic range of influences including electropop, early video game music, and indie rock.
