Today they're sharing the song's accompanying video, a mashup of confrontational, vintage-style visuals that collide to depict a powerful, sometimes tongue-in-cheek, portrait of what it's like to be a POC in America. Ho99o9 (pronounced Horror) is an American punk rap duo formed in 2012 in Newark, New Jersey, by theOGM and Yeti Bones (also known as Eaddy). The group relocated to Los Angeles in 2014. They gained early recognition, appearing on Rolling Stone’s list of 10 New Artists You Need to Know in 2014 and being featured as The Guardian’s New Band of the Week. Ho99o9 has performed at notable music festivals, including Afropunk Festival in 2014, SXSW Music Festival in 2015, and Primavera Sound Festival in 2016. Their discography includes several EPs, often accompanied by grindhouse-style music videos, and three full-length albums: United States of Horror (2017), SKIN (2022), and Tomorrow We Escape (2025).
