Powerful symphonic prog, that mixes several elements like heavy guitars, outstanding keyboard layers with sudden shifts and surprising moods over long compositions. The guitar features on the music, as well as the intricate drumming. This is a very original and interesting band. They're excellent musicians whose music is a mixture of PINK FLOYD-ish solo guitar, RUSH-y riffing, GENESIS-like keyboards without being clones. A superb debut album and a great stepping stone to their new one The Neck Pillow. This one is a concept album inspired by the movie Die Bettwurst (The Neck Pillow). If you like good complex, melodic prog then you won't be disappointed with these two albums. The best German progressive rock releases of the past years! -- www.progarchives.com Read more on Last.fm.
