Isobel (https://root.theworkpc.com/music/preview?img=http://www.4isobel.org) (from Italy) is a post punk (first era) emo four piece. From Turin country, formed in 2002 by Lele Giraudo (bs) of Smartz rec - finished his experience with local HC heroes Belli Cosi, Francuzzi (drms) - with Giraudo previously in Kirsch - Danilo (gtrs) and vocalist Antonella De Paola. Isobel run fast, through lyrism and strong drumming, rancid guitars, driving into a pathos often dear to Motorpsycho and Fugazi, while Antonella De Paola's leaden vocals are always over an undiscussed sad tone, voice of distress and inner pain. After a first 7 s/t release in 2005, in spring 2006 Fooltribe rec (https://root.theworkpc.com/music/preview?img=http://www.fooltribe.com) coproduced the cd Fioca, 5 tracks rooted into the postpunk feeling of underground indie Music, a fast breathless escape through the daily decadence.
