"Champion" is an original song produced by Kanaria featuring Hatsune Miku. It is the second bonus song in the Project VOLTAGE 18 Types/Songs series, a collaboration between Hatsune Miku and the media franchise Pokémon, and is the final song for the collaboration. It contains various references to Sinnoh Champion Cynthia, such as her piano theme in the opening, and pieces of her battle theme incorporated into the song. Kanaria is a VOCALOID producer who uses Hatsune Miku and GUMI English (albeit with Japanese vocals). Making his debut in the VOCALOID scene at the age of 17, he has gained applaudable achievements with his music works, especially with his signature usage of Megpoid English to achieve Japanese-language vocals.
