From Detroit To Mainz
Keinzweiter is one of the pseudonyms of Tobias Lorsbach, also known as Jabba44, Superlauncher, Antiga Prime, Supralist or Elco Park (with Max Wendling as Paradroid). He runs the label spontanMusik since 2002. Publicly Lorsbach is active since 2000 in which he raised in collaboration with Mirco Mengler the project Jabba 44 at the baptism and his first publication appeared on the Mainz based Label Overdrive. In the following years he released numerous singles and remixes under pseudonyms such as Antiga Prime, Elco Park or Superlauncher. With an upcoming release on the Neu-Isenburg based Label 3D in 2001 he simply created the pseudonym Keinzweiter, which should be from now on responsible for all dance floor oriented creations. At the same time he appeared on the Frankfurt label Klang Elektronik (Heiko MSO, Roman Flügel and Ata), the EP Radio City (as Antiga Prime), which had a feature on Richie Hawtin`s legendary compilation Closer to the edit Tobias Lorsbach (Superlauncher, Elco Park, Antiga Prime, spontanMusik) has been recognized as a mastermind in relation to subtle and intelligent house and techno craftsmanship, infusing elements of both spacious ambient and hypnotizing dub. Delicate sonic envelops have been known to encase the drum-work, creating the feel of a futuristic weekend safari ride through time. Overall feeling is warm with a touch of mechanistic garnishing. Studio skill level is approaching outrageous and exceedingly complex in status. Subject is capable of the full palette of dance music tricks. Keinzweiter is also very modest. Should be monitored closely for future developments. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
