Knoxband was a diy studio project shaped by Vru Patel in late 2005. Knoxband released five albums as follows: Insane (2007), Redefined (2008), and Equinox (2009), Emerging From The Shadows (2010), and Equinox_RE (2011) are available for download via their bandcamp. Vru announced the ending of Knoxband as a project on december 30, 2012 through a letter. Vru Patel now plans release music under his own name and also his project Solarein.
