Origins of the band date back to 2004, when they started playing under the name Downfall. Growing out of their melodic death phase, as they themselves call it, in 2008 the band changed its name to Kryn, and started a new era of modern metal in their country, and the rest of Europe, set out to inspire and share their energy and love for music with the rest of the world. Their debut album, Scars Remind Me, released through Eternal Sound Records, earned them a dedicated following and acclaim.
