Born and raised in Handsworth, a small ghetto in the heart of Birmingham, LESANE adopted a unique ear for melody whilst experimenting with emo trap. Influenced predominantly by American artists like Chief Keef, 2PAC, Kendrick Lamar, 50 Cent and Michael Jackson; LESANE was able to combine different sounds from different genres that would eventually lead to him becoming GENRE-LESS. Elements of rap, rock and contemporary R&B are all incorporated throughout his music. LESANE first started taking music seriously at the age of 14 and eventually dropped out of school in order to completely pursue his dreams in New York City. Since then he has released a different range of online tracks, across all platforms, which showcase his unique style through his versatile melodies, vocal styles, and heartfelt/introspective lyrics.
