There are at least four bands called Loss: 1. A death/doom metal band from Nashville, TN, USA. Since forming in 2004, they have taken part in 4 splits, namely one with funeral doom legends Worship, another entitled Four Burials with Otesanek, Orthodox and yet another legendary funeral doom band, Mournful Congregation, and most recently, a split with Hooded Menace entitled View from the Rope.They also have two demos(one being a rehearsal) and in 2011, they released their debut full length, entitled Despond. In 2001, they released an album called Verdict of Posterity, which contains 8 songs. 3. a one-man industrial/noise/dark ambient act from Rhode Island. 4.
