There are at least six artists called Lovecraft. 1) Prog Pop/Alien Hymns from Liverpool. Debut Album 'Whistle and I'll Come To You, My Lad' out now on Probe Plus Records. As of 2012 the band consists of the following members: Craig Sinclair: Vocals / Summonings Melanie Little: Backing Vocals / Percussion / Necromantic Danse Claire Dowling: Vocals / Percussion / Grave Announcements Simon Patrick Gabriel: Bass / Crusts / Lazer Stacker Luke David Bather: Guitar / Witchery Poke / Death Adder Lloyd Gabriel: Synthesizer / Drums / Soft Premonitions Rob Morris: Drums / Gravity Mast / Cutlass 2) In late 1968, Michaels decided to leave the psychedelic rock band H.P. Lovecraft to return to university, and the band effectively collapsed. A spin-off group, Lovecraft, reformed in the 1970s with Edwards and Tegza from the original line-up, but Edwards very soon left. The group released two more poorly-regarded albums, but had little connection to the first incarnation of the band. 3) a 21 year old producer, dj, and remixer currently from Concord, New Hampshire. Born and raised outside of Boston, Massachusetts, he uses his city influences in his current home of the mountains to produce his mix bass heavy house music along with b-more beats and dubstep. In 1995 released self-titled album under Crafty Music label. Shortly after that they disbanded. 5) a Heavy Metal band from Buenos Aires, Argentina formed at the beginnig of 90s. They released 2 demos, in 1992 and 2001. Seemingly, they are still active. 6) a psychedelic rock/mod band from Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, active in the 90's, getting to released two albums: This Men Are Good Specimen (1997) and Através do Arquivo Púrpura (meaning Through the Red File, in their native Portuguese, from 1999).
