Ludovic was a brazilian alternative rock band based in São Paulo, Brazil. Formed in 2000, the band has had several different lineups. Finally, stabilized with Jair Naves on vocals (all lyrics are of his own, besides being the founder of the band), Eduardo Praça and Ezekiel Underwood on guitar, Fabio Sant'anna on the bass and Júlio Santos on drums. The band's music mixes influences from post-hardcore, alternative rock and post-punk, creating a mellow and sometimes harsh sound. The lyrical themes range from anxiety, self-hatred and general introspective themes with a complex and rich vocabulary. The band would influence the then emerging indie rock triste scene in Brazil. Unfortunately, the band announced its end in 2009. But still tours every year. Read more on Last.fm.
