Hailing from Los Angeles, California, mol$ (also known as daredvl) is a 21 year old rising Cloud Rap and Pop Rap artist. Previously gaining popularity from semi-satirical trap music from 2018-2019 via SoundCloud, mol$ has since set their goals on becoming a more legitimate artist with real messages and personal takes. On June 25th, 2021, mol$ released their debut album, QUIT MUSIC. Following this release, mol$ began stylizing their artist name in all lowercase, stopped releasing music with any satirical undertones, and has majorly shifted their sound as a whole.
