There are 3 bands/artist going by the name Marks. 1) This band was started in Louisville KY, and they have three albums available for sale. It was run by one man, Mark Watson (lead singer and Saxophone player) and a rotation of other players from the region in which they are playing. Mr. Watson recently moved to Tampa FL, but sadly passed away from a 4 year bout with lung cancer. He is survived by brother, wife, and son. 2) Marks is an upcoming hip hop producer from Jyväskylä, Finland. Marks' beats vary from laid back to 100% bangers. Marks started making name for himself when he reached 2nd position in the Duckdown Records/Buckshot remix contest. Before that he had produced some tracks to some well known Finnish artists/bands including Urbaanilegenda and Joniveli. Marks' remix collection Street Corner Symphony - The Remixes came out 2005 and gave Finland a glimpse of this young producers talents. His latest project was a strictly instrumental collection made with a another producer from Jyväskylä, Jonny Bro, who is one of the most well known and talented producers in Finland. The 12-track-package goes by the name Tree Of Life. Marks has also produced the lead single What's More Realer Than That from Kool G Raps newest release. 3) MarkS is a greying badger who lives in a Forest, subsists on leaf mould and makes music out of twigs and sticks.
