She is best known for being featured on numerous compilations by shoujo byou (少女病). 2) Monet is the artist name for Monet Suarez, a latin freestyle singer who released the album “leave the lights on” on Ligosa records in 1987 and had various single releases from the album. 3) MONET is the artist name for NYC singer/songwriter/flautist on Purpose Records her first full length cd ESSENCE was released on Purpose Records in 2004, she released an EP entitled VAIN in 2008 also on Purpose Records, most recently MONET joined with DJ SPINNA for her Feb 2010 release NAVAJO MOOD-also on Purpose Records. Monet's upcoming full length cd entitled LIFE SIZE MIRROR is due out in 2010 on Purpose Records. Monet has appeared on many other projects as a flautist, vocalist and songwriter.
