There are at least three bands with this name: 1) Mood (American hip-hop group) 2) Mood (Hungarian Doom Metal band) 3) Mood (Italian math rock band) 1) Mood (American hip-hop group): Mood is a hip hop group based in Cincinnati, Ohio, composed of rappers Main Flow, Donte, and producer Jahson. They first came to prominence with the Hi-Tek produced single Hustle on the Side in 1996. Their 1997 album Doom featured production by a young Hi-Tek and guest appearances by Talib Kweli. Although overlooked, they are one of the more influential groups in Hip Hop, considering the release of Doom was in 1997, a formative era for the genre. In 2000, they appeared on Mission Control Presents a compilation which featured acts associated with producer Jahson and his label Mission Control. There were three Mood Tracks and three tracks that featured Mood as part of a larger group called Elite Terrorist. Main Flow and Donte are also featured individually on a number of tracks. Music videos for hit songs Hustle On The Side and Karma were produced and aired worldwide. Most notably winning awards on regional and international video programs Hip Hop Gladiators, Urban Reality, Basement Flava and DrunkinStyle TV. 2) Mood (Hungarian Doom Metal band): Mood were probably the first, and definitely the most successful, Hungarian Doom Metal band during the late nineties. Although their sound was heavily influenced by great predecessors like Black Sabbath, COC and Trouble, the music itself was highly unique. Members were Gábor Holdampf (vocals), Sándor Füleki (guitar), Kolos Hegyi (guitar), Balázs Megyesi (bass) and Tamás Koltai( drums). The band broke up in 2001, Holdampf and Füleki founded Wall of Sleep, while the others continued in Stereochrist. 3) MOOD (Italian math rock band): Daniele and Francesco are young guys from Finale Emilia, north Italy, started this project from 2010.
