There are multiple artists named Neotek 1) A Australian bass music producer 2) A Danish electronic act 1) NEOTEK, real name Callum Young, is a Australian bass/wave music producer who rose to fame in 2022 with his remix of The Neighbourhood's popular track Sweater Weather. He has been supported by some of the biggest artists in the Bass scene such as Steve Aoki, Zeds Dead, Illenium, NGHTMRE, Excision, Subtronics, DJ Diesel, GRiZ and Alison Wonderland to name a few. NEOTEK bases his branding heavily on a cyberpunk/synth-wave theme and brings his hard-hitting basslines to listeners around the world. This has led to his music being played at very reputable venues such as Red Rocks, EDC, Okeechobee and Lost Lands. He has also had his music played on BBC Radio 1 and Triple J. -------- 2) Neotek is a Danish synth rock band with a history that dates back to 1985. Releases include Brain Over Muscle (Album CD, 1995), Brain Over Muscle (Deluxe Edition) (Album 2CD, 2005), Mind Over Matter (EP CD, 2005) and Sex, Murder & Rock’n'roll (Album CD 2009). The current line-up is Jacob Neis (vocals), Jens B. Petersen (lyrics, livekeys), Henrik Jensen (vocals, livekeys) and Michael Hillerup (electric bass, livekeys). In 1995 Danish Underground Electronic Act, Neotek unleashed their debut CD, BRAIN OVER MUSCLE.
