Friends Forever, Punx for Life



The first unofficial release of the band was in 1996, titled Antithesi (in english means Opposition). After this, we made another Split cassette with Karkinoma band from Kastoria in 1998 entitled Egklovismenoi stin mizeria (means trapped in mizery). Then we started playing our first Live performances. The first appearance in Thessaloniki was in 2000 (at university), and it was an episodic show. After this we made a lot of concerts all over the Greece until our first official release in 2001 titled I diki mas kathimerinotita (means our everyday life).... There, after several changes to our members we found the final composition of the band, playing together for several years. The composition was Lefteris (voice) - Aggeliki (voice) - Andreas (bass) - George (guitar) - Mihos (drums). Some yeas later, Aggeliki and George leave the band and in their place came Dimitris (vocals) and Babis (guitar). Together we released in 2003 an 7’’ album titled “Eternal alive”. We also participated in several collections of independent releases as we arrived in 2007 releasing the vinyl Friends For Ever...Punx For Life. We made 2 European tours in Holland - Germany - Slovakia - Czech Republic etc where, apart from important experiences, many people abroad listened us. in 2009, Joe Pogo Records have offered us to release again our last job (with different cover and attitude) in Europe and America. So we re-released Friends For Ever...Punx For Life in 1000 copies. Some months later, Dimitris and Andreas leave the band and we reach to our current composition: Lefteris (voice) - Babis (Guitar) - Aris (guitar) - Alex (bass) - Michos (drums). This year we started recording our new album which will be released again from the Joe Pogo Records, titled “Legion of freaks” ... Almost 15 years later, with mistakes but with a sincere attitude to what we felt and with what we feel that we represent ...
