There are multiple artists with this name. 1) Oney was an Ohio-based hard rock band named after lead vocalist Chuck Oney. Oney is a hard rock/glam metal band from Columbus, Ohio, USA, that was formed in 1987. The band split up in 1992. Other band members included Mickey Daniels (guitar, keyboards, vocals), Kym Koster (bass, vocals), Jerry Lawson (drums), Scott Carr (guitar, backing vocals), Steve Tinney (bass, backing vocals), and Kyle Virgin (drums). Lawson was a member of Hydrogyn from 2004-06. Oney, Carr and Virgin are currently members of the power pop band, The Vague. 2) Oney is the performance name for Chris O'Neill. Read more on Last.fm.
