there are two artists with this name: 1. Orators was a name under which andykisaragi recorded electronic music until about 2001, when he adopted the name girl robot for this strand of his productions. Some of his noise/ambient/glitch work (now recorded as northism) was released on various independent labels under this name. 2. Orators is a screamo/hardcore band from southern New Jersey featuring ex and current members of Ezra Joyce, The Birds Sang What Sirens Screamed, and The Shepherd is Sleeping. Formed summer 2009.
