Nick Roberts - Guitar/Vocals Vince Williams - Drums James Duncan - Bass/Vocals 2: Formed in early '97 in Livingston, Overspill take there name from Livingston's purpose, a new town built for the overspill of people from Glasgow & Edinburgh and also reflects on one of the numerous punk bands that were born in Livi, the Skroteez who had released an 'overspill' ep with a photo of Livi in its infancy. The initial line-uo, as with most bands some members have also been in or are still involved with other groups such as the Exploited, Skroteez, Barbed Wire, Happy Spastics, Bakers Dozen most of which are still playing today.
