Paz is a name of at least three artists: [1] A Collaboration between Bertrand Cantat and Caryl Férey [2] A USA mashup artist. [3] A defunct UK latin jazz / jazz funk band. [1] PAZ is a collaboration between French singer Bertrand Cantat and writer Caryl Férey, after their common work on musical Condor Live (2016). Songs were recorded by Bertrand Cantat (voice & vocals), Marc Sens (guitar), Manusound (machine, bass) and Laul Girard (guitar, backing vocals, bass, drums). He came out of nowhere in 2012 with a mixtape that was downloaded over 500,000 times, featuring an eclectic style that combines elements of hip-hop, electro, and deep bass. He has since performed with Big Sean, Girl Talk, Knife Party, and Mike Posner, and developed a massive social media following. He is best known for his street art which appears predominantly in Los Angeles under his own name and the pseudonym 'Clevr Girl'.
